Stolen Instruments
Unfortunately Mat's instruments were recently stolen in New York on the subway. The instruments were an Inderbinen 'Wood' Flugelhorn SN: 37696 in raw brass, and a Bach Stradivarius 72 star trumpet with a brushed lacquer finish. These were cased in a Reunion Blues triple trumpet case with all mutes, mouthpieces, etc. If you have seen these instruments please contact Mat in the 'CONTACT' section.
Thankfully, the Perth community have shown their incredible generosity by donating money and instruments to help Mat continue his studies in New York City. Rob Broadfield from the West Australian Newspaper wrote a full page article in the newspaper, bringing a number of donations.
